Soooo good seeing Joe in something new. The show is meh, kind of slow and predictable. Not nearly enough Joe, but I did like his character. Feel cheated that there was no tag with him at the end. Well, it was an immediate albeit short fix for my Joe withdrawal but I really want a weekly long term fix. Hope he finds something very soon. Still, it was nice to see him on tv again. I'll catch the re-runs throughout the week, too.

A perfect Saturday outdoors - sunny, mid-70s, no bugs, no bees, no humidity, just ahhhhhhh! Took a nice walk this morning, came home and just lay in the sun for a bit then grabbed a book and sat and read in the shade. Trees are budding, flowers starting to pop up here and there and the flowering trees are starting to bloom - beautiful. I love the feel and the joy of early spring days like this one. Feels like putting the long, cold, snowy winter to bed.

Another bit of happiness for me, the Red Wings won 4-0, nice shutout for Ozzie. I love hockey playoffs, so much more intensity and involvement in the games.

Not that I've said much, but I posted 8 days in a row with the meme and that is, sad to say, a record for me. I did it - a bit of happiness posted, on time, 8 days in a row. Another little bit of happy and accomplishment, such as it is. :)

Another beautiful day here, actually 70! Seems like everyone was in a good mood today, warm and sunny Fridays will do that. Great out walking, seeing a woman walking two long haired dachsunds, named Captain Morgan and Captain Bailey. Had to make Bailey a captain too so Morgan didn't outrank her. Hee! A book I had on back order came in today, too. Have to pick it up tomorrow.

Great day! Beautiful, sunny day in the low 60s - no jacket required, work was good and the Wings won game 1. Ozzie! Ozzie! Ozzie! Looked good boys. I'm always nervous during games, so whoo hoo, way to play! 1 down, 15 to go (hopefully).

Happiness is contagious. I enjoy reading the happy thoughts in others' ljs. Happy moments from today included getting my monthly and bi-weekly reports for Monday done today, the beginning of the NHL playoffs and seeing that mcsmooch is open. Plus the work week is now 60% complete. Yay!

Today's happiness courtesy of David Hewlett revealing that he is filming an episode of The Closer. I look forward to seeing him as an FBI agent, though I just keep seeing Vegas!Rodney in my head. Mmmmmm!

Happiness is watching the 1969 Michigan-Ohio State football game. It is always better listening to the Michigan radio feed with the sheer joy and exhilaration of the home broadcasters.

More happy things today, President Obama reading "Where the Wild Things Are" to a lawn full of children at the White House. sheafrotherdon posting a new story, A Supplement to the Second Edition and a heads up from thegrrrl2002 about a great smile inducing post from toomuchplor here regarding Rodney as a "first time gay boyfriend." Very smile inducing content.

Also, I'm very pleased with myself that I got the coding right. First time I've ever tried and succeeded with the hidden links. Yay! It is the simple things that please me. :)

A beautiful day with family, a great dinner and hanging with my niece and nephews made for a happy day. Hope everyone had an equally good day. Happy Easter to those that celebrate it!

Happy making today was bountiful sunshine, the Michigan spring football game and uninterrupted reading time. Ahhh, wonderful day!

Whoa, it is really sinking in - no Atlantis tonight. I'm home, it's below zero, wind chill is around 20-30 below and there is no John Sheppard to warm me up. :( I miss my show already. I hope they get moving on the movie soon. Saw that Andy Mikita is directing, at least that is good news.

Because I am a moron and procrastinated, I had to stop and get gas tonight. I'm pumping gas and freezing my butt off, when a car pulls up to the next pump and the kid pops out in a t-shirt and starts filling his car. OMG! 20 below dude! He seemed oblivious to the conditions. So he either has A) a medical condition, B) was inebriated or C) used Jedi mind control. Makes me shiver thinking about it. Way too cold to be standing outside, let alone in a t-shirt.
